Sweet retreat from civilization and only 3.5 miles from Bear Creek Road. Drive down a mix of pavement and dirt for 2.5 miles on Deer Creek Road to find turn off for Little Buck. There is a locked gate at Little Buck so plan to either arrange with me to get a key or walk the next mile to property. Feels very remote and serene once you are there but not too hard to get to jobs in SJ. The home could use a little freshening but appears very solid and has good potential for the right rugged individual. Propane fridge and stove in kitchen and heat source is wood stove. Has oak floors in living area. Owner does not wish to carry a loan and banks will not lend so must have cash.
